The relation between management of Kothari Group and their employees is not only about monetary terms but it is far beyond that. The management is always careful about every employee and its family and always treat them as a family member. On 1st March, 2020 Company has arranged a grand felicitation of 21 senior employees who are there with the organisation since its inception. The purpose was to introduce the Kothari Group and its activities to the family members of the employees, to show them the complete manufacturing process, and to have free dialogue with Senior Management.
